Mihika Venkateswar

Director of Fundraising

Mihika Venkateswar is a student, community leader, and advocate for youth engagement based in Sammamish, Washington. She attends the University of Washington for Mechanical Engineering, where she pursues her passion for engineering, leadership, and community service. Through her involvement in architecture, aerospace, and engineering programs, she enjoys exploring innovative ways to solve problems and create positive impact in her community.

For the past several years, Mihika has been actively involved with Expressions Arts, serving as Community Outreach Coordinator and leading dozens of programs that connect youth with opportunities for creative expression and community engagement. She is also the co-founder of Meaningful Actions Youth Initiative, a volunteer organization that has mobilized more than 1,500 volunteers and facilitated the donation of over 2,000 handmade hats to neonatal intensive care units across the country.

Beyond her nonprofit work, Mihika is a 3rd Dan black belt and Assistant Master in Taekwondo, where she mentors hundreds of students each week. She also serves as Campaign Manager for Jessica Forsythe and is passionate about civic engagement and developing the next generation of community leaders. Through her work with Expressions Arts, Mihika hopes to continue expanding access to the arts and empowering young people to use creativity as a force for connection, confidence, and positive change.
